With my 6 week Jump Start program you will learn new ways of looking at weight loss, and tips to keep you motivated so you don't lose your momentum in working toward your goals.

My Jump Start program gives you a taste of what it's like to work with a health coach. You will have 6 one-on-one 45 minute sessions once per week.  Each session will focus on your goals, your success and your struggles to help keep you focused and on track.

If you ever wanted to work with a health coach but feared the commitment of a full program this is the perfect introduction for you.
